About the Coffee
We roast on order and ship the same day to ensure only the freshest beans for you!
We recommend letting the coffee degas for 5 days prior to the first brew and allow the coffee to bloom during the initial brewing process.
The coffee is roasted to a dark profile to allow a full caramelization of the aromas. This profile is for you who want a delightful espresso profile with a rich body and a lot of crema. The natural acidity of the bean is minimized here to bring in more sweetness. Recommended for cappuccino and Lattes.
