About the Coffee
We roast on order and ship the same day to ensure only the freshest beans for you!
We recommend letting the coffee degas for 5 days prior to the first brew and allow the coffee to bloom during the initial brewing process.
The coffee is roasted to a slightly Medium/Dark Profile in order to release the oils for brewing methods such as French Press and Espresso where a nice body is sought for. The citric notes are still present yet the caramelization brings up delight notes of dates, which in combination gives a very pleasant shot, excellent for an all-around Espresso Profile, clean or with milk.
