where can i return my purchase?
You can send your purchase to our café by the lakes of Copenhagen or simply come down and return it to us.
All you have to do is return the items in the original packaging and enclose your full name, Adresse and order no. as per order confirmation, to the below address:

Under what circumstances do you offer returns ?
We do our outmost to live up to the expectations promised in the product descriptions. If you are not satisfied after the 14 days of return right, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will try to help you. Visit our contact page for any problems with a product purchased with us.
When do i get my refund?
We are using third parties to accept payments through who the refund will be made why the transaction time is expected to be between 1-3 days depending on bank.
What is exempt from being returned?
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, and hereby coffee purchased on our website cannot be returned. If you should be unhappy with the freshly roasted beans received, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate the situation.
Additionally, gift cards purchased can not be returned.
