purchasing on The Artisan Webshop
The following terms apply only to webshop orders and not orders made in our physical store. By placing any orders online you comply with these terms. You are advised to review these terms & conditions periodically for any changes. Changes to this terms & condition Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
All prices are including 25% VAT and in the currency DKK. Prices at the time of order are effective. Delivery cost will be displayed prior to completing the order.
- Select your desired items and add to cart.
- Click: Go to cart
- Type in your personal information (used for delivery and order confirmation)
- Choose delivery option (GLS or In-store pick-up)
- Choose payment options (Provided by Lunar Bank)
- Complete Order
We will then send you the order confirmation and confirmation once shipped.
Delivery from The Artisan is done with GLS. We ship the following day of the order confirmation.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are correct. The order can not be canceled or refunded if a delay is caused due to incorrect information from the customer.
The Artisan can not guarantee a specific time of delivery. If the recipient wishes delivery to a private address and no one is ready to receive the goods on the day of delivery, the parcel will be delivered to a nearby facility to be picked up by the recipient.
You can pay with the following cards accepted by the payment provider Lunar: Visa, Visa/Dankort og Visa Electron. MasterCard, Mastercard Debit og Maestro. Mobilepay. Certain foreign cards may not be accepted.
Do you wish to use an alternative payment method please visit our physical store by the Lakes of Copenhagen, Denmark; Fredensgade 1, st. 2200 København N.
We do not charge the card until the order has been shipped
Food items (coffee) and courses are non-refundable under Danish law. All other products (coffee equipment etc.) can be returned 14 days after delivery.
You must contact us within 14 days of the actual delivery of your purchase to make a return. The Purchased item must be returned to The Artisan Aps within 14 days after the delivery.
We shall refund a purchase if the 14-day notification before the delivery date is compiled by the customer and if the product has been returned to the Artisan Aps within the same time frame, as well as the conditions of the item(s) meet(s) the stated refund claim.
For a full refund, the products must be intact, unopened, and in original packaging. If the product does not live up to these conditions, we will at best offer a partial refund.

You, as a customer, are responsible for all expenses involved with the return.
Regret of purchase
As a company, we are only obliged to repay the purchase price to our customers if you as a customer have explicitly informed us that you have regretted the purchase and want a refund. This must be stated within a reasonable time.

We may update Our Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on this page.
