Processing and origin:

The beans are processed through a unique 6-day anaerobic natural process, which creates deep, complex flavour nuances and highlights the coffee's natural fruitiness. Anaerobic fermentation takes place without oxygen exposure, giving the coffee its characteristic flavour profile with intense aromas.

Varieties:

This exclusive blend consists of three classic coffee varieties: Typica, Catuai and Pache – each with their own unique characteristics, which together create a harmonious and nuanced taste experience.

Sustainable Trade:

We work with direct trade, which means trading directly with the coffee producer. This ensures fair compensation for the farmer and gives us full control over quality throughout the value chain.

Roasted to Perfection:

The coffee is lightly roasted in small batches on Danish-designed Aillio Bullet roasters, which provide optimal control over the roasting process. The light roast preserves the beans' natural acidity and highlights the delicate flavour and aroma components that arise through anaerobic processing.
