With roots in Peru, José brings over 5 years of experience in coffee production and direct trade with local coffee farmers. His deep understanding of coffee’s journey from soil to cup ensures that we only select the finest specialty coffee beans from verified and sustainable sources.

Kim Jeppesen – Roasting and Brewing Expert
As a Danish coffee specialist with 5 years of experience, Kim brings Scandinavian quality assurance and precise profile control to our café. His expertise in roasting techniques and brewing methods ensures that every cup of coffee meets our high standards.
